Klodiana joined PASUT in December 2016 as a Senior Account.

She graduated in Finance from Faculty of Economics University of Tirana in 2014.
She has attended several trainings for Audit, IFS and IFRS.

Klodiana Ngjeci is a Certified Accountant (year 2018) and a Legal Auditor (year 2023) certified from IEKA, from January 2023 is attending the ACCA Qualification – Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Ilda Duhanxhiu is the Founder of the company and hold the position of CEO of Public Accounting Union and Trust. She graduated in 2003 in Economy and Commerce at Faculty of Economics, University of Padova.

She holds a MEES Master Degree “Economic European Study” MEES master in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics in Tirana and Bamberg (year 2004-2006) and different training as Business Valuation and Bankruptcy in times of Covid-19” organized from International Finance Corporation IFC, World Bank Group (December 2020); Training on General Knowledge for the Insolvency Practitioner” organized from International Finance Corporation IFC, World Bank Group (November 2021); Financial Leasing – Legal, accounting and fiscal regulatory framework” training by SEED, IFC, World Bank (year 2005); Higher Education for Professionals” training by Pasut International Institute for Economics, Villach, Austria (year 2004) .

Mrs. Ilda Duhanxhiu is a Legal Auditor, member of IEKA Board of Directors since June 2022 and member of the Professional Skills Examinations Committee from May 2023.

Evis Duhanxhiu has joined PASUT in 2012.
She graduated in 2006 in Economy and Commerce at Faculty of Economics, University of Padova.

Her experience in different large companies has embody in her the skills of human resource management and in administrative.
Evis Duhanxhiu is Certified Accountant certified from IEKA.
She also is specialized in real estate valuation and holds the licence in 30.09.2022.
Mrs. Duhanxhiu is licenced as an Official Translator of Italian language from the Ministry of Justice in Albania.

Evis attended different trainings : National Accounting Standards (NAS) and International Accounting and Financial Reporting, Commercial Legislation and Tax Legislation in the Republic of Albania (from the Association of Accountants and Financiers of Albania, Aprill-May 2023); Certificate of continuing education program “Valuation of Real Estate” (February 2023-June 2023), Certificate for consultancy in the field of Taxes and Customs from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Albania (IKM) ( January 2012); National Accounting Standards from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Albania (IKM) ( February 2012); National Accounting Standards (SKK) and International Accounting Standards from Qiriazi Institute for Studies, Training and Professional Training (April 2011), IFC Mortgage Toolkit & Loan Officer Training from International Finance Corporation (IFC) (Maj 2008)

Yllka Beja has joined PASUT on May 2019 as an Accountant.
She graduated in Finance in 2005 from Faculty of Economics University of Tirana.

She holds Master Degree in Marketing from Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (year 2011-2013). Yllka Beja is a Certified Accountant certified by IEKA (from June 2023)
